I've got a 2011 Q7. The "Auto" buttons of the rear climate control unit are missing. Are these replaceable? I'm not "too" concerned with this as I'm never back there, but just want everything to be correct.

I would be very surprised if those buttons were available for individual purchase. Usually head units and displays like this are sold as the complete item or not at all. I see several complete panels on ebay for $100-150 if you really want the buttons back and are willing to take a risk.

The upper center button blanks are for rear seat heaters if equipped. I think the lower two button blanks are there for symmetry.

I was mentioning the upper two outter corner buttons where the "auto" button would go.

As the previous post, I may end up taking the risk and getting a new unit on ebay if I decide it's bugging me that bad.
