hey guys i just got 2015 Q7 AND I WANT TO RECODE IT 2 THING I WANT TO DO (1) i want the code so all window can come down when i press and hold the unlock button and the remote...(2) when i start up the car i want the needle to go back and forth like the rs6 in the dash ??? i know it can be done because i had it done to me 2009 Q7 SOMEONE did it for me

If that's all you want to do, you don't need a Ross-Tech VCDS cable. Get the Carista app and OBDII bluetooth module.

I've had my VCDS cable for years and I'm going to get the Carista as another tool for the simple stuff.

These Vag=Com mods should work:

Enabling Gauge Test/Needle Sweep
This will sweep the gauge needles through their full range automatically when you start the engine.

[Coding - 07] -> [Long Coding Helper] -> Byte 1 Bit -> 0 Change 0 to 1 
Or Check the box for "Gauge Test/Needle Sweep active"


Operating Windows and Sunroof with Remote
This will allow you to hold the Lock and Unlock buttons on your remote to open and close the windows and sunroof

Or Check the box for "Comfort Operation: Remote Control active"

Then go to new MMI car system menu and check comfort windows and sunroof.
