Looks great! I have an '09 A4 and this give me hope I don't have to remove my bumper either. Do you know if the install would be similar?

After being assured I wasn't responsible if I damaged the grille, I went for it. After some substantial tugging, the mounts did pop right off (with no damage/residue to the grille). With that, Grille should be installed with pics this weekend.

I just ordered one for my black Q7 sline (will take pics once installed).

How did you re-attach the parking sensors? Did you use a heat gun to re-soften the gum or did you use some other form of adhesive?

According to the seller, they have already relocated the sensor mounts after this issue. I ordered one too and should be able to verify soon enough.

Yup, was going to actually mention the same. I doubt others will have issues. However, I did use an automotive (weather resistant) adhesive as the GUM could not be re-used.

Thanks,

You bet Blake, happy to do it.

Post some pics once the rest of you have things installed. I'm contemplating the RS grille (the seller also has the Q5 version) for my Q5 as well.

I had a member contact me but had not heard back. I will shoot them an email, if no response the old grille is certainly for sale.
