Default TDI worth it?

pulling the trigger this week.

MSRP difference is around $5k. I calculate about a $2500 difference net after discounts. for some reason they are discounting the TDIs more.

Now we don't drive a lot, maybe 10k a year on this car so mpg savings is negligible.

with that said, why TDI over the other? maintenance, etc....?

thanks

Less maintenance on a TDI than gas.
My opinion TDI is better last longer. Engine Break-in period is at 100,000.

The TDI engine will last MUCH longer. And since the Q7 is a fairly large vehicle. you'll be putting much less strain on everything. I love mine.

seems like the right choice and perfect timing considering the issue with the scandal and all things related.
