Default Water in my spare tire storage

Hi I'm new with my q7 its a 2008 v6 with 58k miles anyways I noticed that my navigation wasn't working on the screen it says navigation not installed so go to the back to see if there is something wrong with the disk but theres no power to it. Then I notice there's a bunch of water where the spare tire is and i got almost 8 gallons of water out from there so from reading a few things I've heeard it's the sunroof drain plug. And if so what do I know to fix/change or do I need to take it to the service at audi. Thanks

Also check your rear washer jet is clear. The rear washer jet blocks up if not used, the pipe runs through the spare wheel well and can pop off if blocked.

I took it today to have it looked at, took it to Audi and they said that the sunroof frame needs to be replaced that it was leaking bad from the back $2150 + tax and I need a new navi module cause the water messed it up and that was another 2000+ tax

This is why I hate sunroofs to many problems 5yrs down the road. I will keep it in the garage for now on and only drive it when it is sunny.
