When will remote start be available in Q7?

Never. The EU has remote start banned because it's not good for the environment. So Audi engineers their vehicles in a way that remote start is not compatible with. Do you have a 2007-2015 Q7 or 2017? It was possible on the old Q7, but it was a major risk with the electronics and I think it even voided warranty. Not worth it. I looked in to it too because I live in Northern NY. But the risks were to high for the feature since I would only use it from November to March. What I do is I go out and start the vehicle with the button and then lock the door with a key. It's about the only safe way with an Audi.

sorry for posting here.
i have a question about the audi q7. okey first does the audi q7 take bluethooth with android? such as music? cause i keep seeing only (Iphone this & iPhones that) i only own an android. i wanna buy an audi q7 2007 - 2009 but unsure of the bluethooth. i was thinking about getting an audi aq with Navi/ buy aftermarket stereo but i'm confused... would the after market stereo effect the Navi in the car or no?

My dealer, Danbury Audi, offered to install a remote start product for my new 2015 Q7... so it is technologically available. Don't remember what the product was though... Think they wanted about $500 for it (I passed).
