i was and still am looking... that appears to be nappa leather we have cricket... also has contrast stitching but easily fixed... i wonder if it would be noticeable once installed and if you need a head unit to make those screens functional or if the player is built into the headrest like the rosen units.

Mine are Vizualogic and beside the headrests there is only a box under the passenger seat to plug another device. I'm guessing OEM is fully integrated. The seller says it's from an A8 so I dont know if the part is correct for a Q7.
