It's a bit of a ride but they are well worth the trip. Supposedly UCC is rated in the top ten of custom detailers in the country. Not the least expensive in MA but you will get what you pay for there. I've used Rick for 3 years and can't say enough about his work and and customer service.
Mention that you got his name from Glenn at AudiWorld - he'll take good care of you.

If you are asking if my film edges are very close to the body section seams, yes - it's impossible to see any seams unless you are a few inches away. That's an advantage of custom cut pieces vs. a factory pre-cut kit. And no, if installed correctly, the film edges will not pull up - all of mine have remained intact for three years. As to the hood and fenders, my film was wrapped around the edges of the sheet metal so there are no seams visible whatsoever.

I've had mine on fore 2 yrs now and not a problem with any edges.

My father has had his installed for 6 yrs and that is the older generation Xpel and hasn't had any problems with lifting either.

Get the Xpel Ultimate. Well worth the difference from their lesser films.

OP was asking about 3M Pro Series, this film is all new and launched fairly recently. I doubt any of you guys have had it installed. Venturesheild Ultra is the one that has been around for many years and the 3M product most use, there is a lesser one as well, name escapes me. I have Ventureshield Ultra on my 997.2 C4S for 3 years now, been great.

Pro Series seems to top Xpel in some tests, time will tell. Personally my 16 A6 is getting Pro Series this month.

Sure you can't go wrong with Xpel Ultimate but Pro Series might be better.

Unless you can show me that 3M definitely has self healing properties, comes in 60" rolls to cover the full hood without seams, a 10 year film and labor warranty and has it's own clear coat layer, I'll stick with Xpel Ultimate.
