Even though Audi says these things are "not available" - there must be a bunch of left overs floating around.

I ordered 2 sets off eBay for the rear doors of my Q7 & A4 (already had them on the fronts) from an Audi dealer in the UK - probably the same one. Very fast shipping from the dealer, reasonably fast enroute shipping, & they arrived in perfect condition in original boxes.

Agree! Fast shipment and they include all the tracking numbers etc and do provide an update as well.
I will probably do the same for my 2 rear doors (I should have ordered 2 sets but the wife told me it might not look good having all 4 doors have it...wrong!
) Looks great on the 2 front and will do it on the 2 rear doors. Hopefully it doesn't run out soon. It used to be all over ebay back in Sep/Oct even having it available here in the US (ebay). Can't find a US seller now so had/have to go to European sellers.

Well, it could be that the OEM-lights will be available again pretty soon. I've been monitoring the availability for quite a while on a German site of a bigger dealership and over the last week, the availability changed from 'available at the end of the first quarter' to 'available right away'.
So on their website, you can now get both again - the OEM rings and the OEM quattro lights.
