I have transferred over 700 albums, in flac format, to 2 128GB SD cards. Some of my albums are continuous - no break in music between tracks. My home music server plays these albums with no breaks - it's called gapless playback.


But the media system in the Q7 cannot accommodate gapless playback - there is an annoying blip between tracks when playing continuous music (live, dance, rock, etc.). The tests I've run show it's an issue with the Q7 system. I have searched to se if there is an option in the menu to turn on gapless playback (my home music server provides this option), but there is no mention of it.


Can anyone provide guidance? Thx so much.

I don't think this is possible with Audi MMI system. Only recourse is too join the songs into one album long file without any gaps.
