Default Virtual cockpit

Does anyone if virtual cockpit can be retrofitted to models that came without this option from factory? If so what is involved?

Anything can be done if money is no object. I'm guessing you would need at the least a complete new instrument cluster, MIB2 control unit, wiring, coding and labor. Your looking at multiple thousands of dollars. It's unlikely anyone has attempted this with the car so new.

You'd probably lose less money trading it in and buying another one with the options that you want. Not to mention that you'd most likely lose a lot of your electronics warranty.

Its a cool and fun feature but given the enormous cost likely involved, not going to worth it IMO. I would say enjoy the vehicle as it is and save that cash to put toward a newer model year one day down the road.
