Feels like Christmas today - I was just notified that I got an allocation for my RS7 to be built! I placed the order about 5 weeks ago with my dealership (for a 2016 Performance), but now it is going to be one of the first 2017 models built. I can't wait! RS7 Performance Nardo Gray with B&O, and blue carbon fiber twill, and blue stitching option. My dream car.

This has been an ongoing saga. I placed an order for an S7 back in October, then when they hadn't even started building it after 3 months I cancelled that order, and ordered the RS7.

Just heard from my dealership as well. He confirmed a 2017 model Performance too. June build date with a late July delivery, but I know it will end up being August or September before I have the car. Can't wait...

I ordered my RS7 end of March with a EU Pick up June 7th.
I ordered the dynamic package 606 hp painted Ascari blue. What is the difference between to 16 and 17?

Nelson007, at this time I'm not aware of any changes between the '16 and '17 models. With my poor luck, they'll probably just raise the MSRP and not change anything.

Just received confirmation that there were no changes from 2016 to 2017. Perhaps it is only related to build date...

Do they many changes on the body exterior each year? As a new AUDI Owner not familiar with any changes.

From the preliminary 2017 Order Guide I have seen posted from fellow forum member...the only difference between the 2016 vs 2017 is the availability of Apple Car Play/Android Auto in the 2017's
