Finally, I've brought my new fun car home. Need to do a good detail, but snapped a couple of pictures. Really loved the ride. Know I need to learn every hidden fact about the car!

Beautiful car, congrats! How do you like the Panther Black? I have an A8L on order spec'd with Panther Black and am curious about your impressions. It's such a variable color that appears to cast so many different hues depending on the lighting conditions. Was a toss up between Panther or Mamba Black metallic.

Such as interesting color, fell in love with it when I saw it on the lot. I still have not appreciated all of the colors in it..

Congrats! Looks like our cars are twins, separated at birth in Neckarsulm, Germany.

Normally I would never have bought a black car as I think flat black can be a bit boring, but I really loved the (panther) black on black on black when I saw it. My dad had a burgundy D2 S8, and my son's favorite color is (of course) purple, so I really enjoy the Panther Black paint. I also have a black California legacy license plate on order to stay with the black theme. It's my first non-silver/non-grey car.

And Purple itself may be a bit much ;-) Check out this new S8 in a Porsche purple:

Beautiful. I'm looking to order the exact same thing: panther black with carbon optics. Was thinking about the titanium trim wheels.....though the black wheels on yours look like a great match.

My Panther Black A8L arrived at dealer yesterday, and I saw it today for the first time...WOW, the color just blew me away! Saw at least 3 different color hues just walking around it in the setting sunlight. Photos just don't do this color justice. Thanks for the positive feedback on the color---it kept me from switching to something else.
