Launch control?

Launch control?
Hi, guys.
New owner is here. So my question is probably rather stupid.
As I understand, there's no launch control button on the car. How do you rev it up to take off fast?
Do you have to turn off the traction control and press both pedals?
By the way, the car is so good that it gets me scared!

Put car in Dynamic "S" mode.
Press and hold ESC button until it's completely turned off. A big warning will come up in yellow.
Press brake pedal as hard as you can then push gas pedal as far as it goes. Car will rev to about 2600? rpm and then release the brake and feel your eyeballs hit the back of your head.

there is no limited number of launches since it is not launch control...
for drag racing I got the best times as follows:
- press and hold the traction control button for more than 5 secs so you will disable traction and stability control
- use individual car settings in dynamic with the exception of the suspension which needs to be in comfort.
- stage and press the brake hard
- start feeding gas gradually until you feel the front of the car lifting... You should be able to rev around 2500 rpm...
- As soon as you are ready to go, release the brake really fast and mass the gas pedal to the metal... all the way down...
- Usually I let the car to shift 1st to 2nd and then I shift the rest myself at around 6000rpm... If I let the car shift itself to the redline, the car is slightly slower...
I have tried launching the car at full dynamic mode... It does not like it. I am consistently slower... The car needs to squat for the best launch...
see a few videos below as an example...

When I do this I always worry its not in "launch mode" and I'm straining something.
