Default Startup after 2 years standstill?

Hi Guys

I need to startup the car after 2 years standstill in heated, dry garage. Had the oilcap off and if´t looks good down there. However the cams are dry from oil so I'd like to crank the engine to get oil pressure before starting it. Question is: is there a fuse or plug I could pull that will make it turn over without starting, and without drowning the cylinders i unburned fuel?

I would look at the fuse box - Don't have my car anymore but I am sure you can find one that controls the ecu.

If you can I would put oil into each cylinder through removing the spark plugs. If fact pull the plugs and let the engine rotate so there is no compression.
