please spread your 2cents on what this dongle is..I do NOT think its just a power supply to an older smart phone..I've never seen one with this width.
If is is a ECU mod I'd like to kknow before i head for my 1st inspection...in Mass there are rumors that if the ECO firmware does not match the factory you get a dmv hearing assigned....
