Anyone noticed inner rear brake pads wearing out faster than outer pads on a B7 S4 and what is possible cause?

The rear caliper is single piston that pushes the inner pad to the disc while this forces the whole caliper bracket to move => the force is transferred on the outer pad. This means that the inner pad will always wear faster especially if the bracket does not move easily (e.g. dirt/water/etc. gets in the guides and they do not glide easily). Usually it is microscopic though and not easily seen, damn you either have very good eyes or your caliper is sticking seriously
