2013 S4 DSG Jerky
#42
Thanks for this thread...any updates?
Friends,
wanted to say thanks for this thread of info.
I am new to Audi's...bought a 2013 S4 Prestige with 15k miles on it...still under AOA warranty and added an extension...I'm a proactive guy...I've heard that this type of setup (Dual Clutch Auto) is prone to jerkiness but I am noting a bit more than I would expect even with 3 weeks of operation....same exact characteristics described here in this forum - the thing is a lion in "S" mode (or manual) and no hesitation or jerkiness whatsoever...I have been in "dynamic" the whole time as well....when in "D" (aka sleeper mode) and in the situations you describe (almost stop...turning around town) I note the same.
When taking to Audi - anything not mentioned in this forum I should specifically ask them to look at? Any updates as to number of complaints, TSB's etc, since this thread was created?
Appreciate your time...love the car but want to take care of any issues while Im still covered so I dont have to live in it to pay for it
