Just in case this problem sounds familiar to anyone, I thought I'd end the mystery. It started happening for me about 3 months ago, but I waited until it was time for the 25K tune-up. Luckily, I've been with my service advisor since 2005, so rather than have the mechanic not recreate the noise successfully because he was driving in the lot at 25mph, he got the service manager to go on a highway trip with me where it was easily recognizable. He pretty much knew what it would be and it wasn't good news for them. They had to pull the headliner and partially disassemble the sunroof to get to the glass, where an inventory label had come loose on one end and started flapping. It sounded like this had happened on one other car at the dealership, so I thought I'd mention it here.
