2014 B8.5 S4 nearing end of lease...
... considering the options. I have yet to warm to the new B9 S4. The aftermarket parts for the B8 are coming down and we have been happy with the car. It is tempting to get a new one and do some modifications. I have been searching for any leftover B8.5's that might still be around, but the Audi search engine makes you define a location and does not allow for expanded geography (such as Chevy which allows a 500 mile search distance). The other option is to buy out my lease, but that is not all that tempting either.
Anyone else facing this dilemma and what have been your decisions...
Thanks
Eric

I'm in a similar position with my 2014 S4 6MT coming up on a lease expiration in June. My "all distance" searches in Autotrader and Cars.com also came up empty for new B8.5s. I even tried inputting different zip codes in the Audi dealer inventory search function in order to cover other parts of the country. It's as if they have all disappeared.
Although currently in the D.C. area, I'm a former resident of the SFV and canyon carver myself, having lived 15 mins from Stunt Rd. and Mulholland Hwy.
In the end, I decided to move up to the S6 and placed a factory order with delivery anticipated late May.

I doubt you will find any leftover 2106 S4s but you still may be able to find some 2017 B8 S5s. Buy out your lease especially if you are not trading it in on something else. The worst thing you can do is just give the car back to Audi and lose the equity left in your car. Having equity at the end of any lease is unusual. But not so with the S4s. Buying your car for under market value allows you some time to find something else. In the mean time, you are still driving a great car. You can keep it, trade it or sell it based on your own parameters.
