2014 S4 brakes replacement?

My stock brakes never squeaked, but I upgraded pads and rotors when it came time to replace. So far, I have had the Akebono ceramics and ECs slotted rotors for about 500 miles and am very happy with the performance so far. A little more pedal effort but barely noticeable and no more of that grabby OEM feel. Best part is no heavy OEM brake dust.
