I own an 2015 S4 with MMI. I was reading this press release about Audi and "Android Auto". Does this mean that I can get "Android Auto" working on my car?
This was a June 2014 press release stating that Audi introduces Android Auto™ connection into vehicles in 2015

No, it doesn't. The key part in the following sentence is "all-new models". The first model with Android Auto will be the new Q7, followed by the new A4.
Audi, through its role as a founding member of the Open Automotive Alliance, plans to begin introducing Android Auto technology with all-new models launched in 2015.
