My car received it's 15,000 mile service this week and one of the items was a steering software update. I asked the rep about it and they said they are turning Dynamic Steering Recommendation back on but at a reduced level than before. I'm not really sure if I've felt it yet or what I will feel since my car fell in that range last year where DSR was disabled before delivery.
