Bent Rim - Upgrading to TSW Max Silver Rims
I just found out I have a bent peeler that can not be fixed.
Just ordered a set of 19x8.5 TSW Max in Silver for my Monsoon Gray S4. Staying with the stock size tires.
The other 3 rims are in Great condition and were refinished last month, will be for sale soon if anyone is interested...
Anyone have pics of the wheels on a Gray S4? Should be here on Monday.
I love the look on the Black:

They will be beautiful...
… however, if you bent the OEM wheel, you will need to be careful with the TSW Max as it is Gravity Cast, which is the least strong of the alloy wheel production techniques. That is why the wheels are relatively inexpensive. My sense is that they will bend easier than the OEM fitments.

Here is a picture of my VMR 803's. I went with 19x8.5, 35 offset so I could keep my OEM tires. Funny thing is they were about 4 lbs lighter than the OEM 18's the car came with and have held up very well in terms of strength. No bends or imperfections as of yet. The wheels are slightly more aggressive than OEM peelers but don't poke or rub.

+1. My initial thought, too.

Beautiful...
... with respect to brake dust, even with Hawk pads, the wheels will want your attention. My daily routine is to clean the windshield and then with the same towel, spray a bit of detailer on the towel itself (I am a big fan of Griots Speed Shine) and give the wheels a quick wipe. It literally takes 2 minutes and then the towel goes in my car hamper. The more you clean them using the detailer, the easier it is to wipe them down. On weekends, when I do a full wash, I use the conical wheel brush to do a full job.
