Crankshaft Position Sensor Location (speed sensor)
Hello, I have a 2012 s4 and I need to replace my Crankshaft position sensor aka speed sensor and i need to locate it. I am unable to find anything online about the b8's anywhere.

My S5 manual says you need to remove the under-engine tray - or "noise insulation" as they call it. Then it should be at the back of the engine on the bottom. This is for the "Engine Speed Sensor G28".

S5 b8 engine speed sensor G28 location
Hey, I'm getting a P0018 code. I replaced my camshaft position sensor but code persisted. I'm trying to locate the crankshaft position sensor to test it out and replace it. Anybody have a picture or video on where it's located? Much appreciated.
