. You should be able to click on the image from that page which will download a program to run. Once running that program you should just need to select the drive letter of your SD card and hit the start button.
Note that windows itself won't let you create a FAT32 partition larger than 32gb, so you have to use a third party tool to do it. Apologies if you are on a mac since I can't help at all there.
