Wanted to remind me to get the 15k mile service. Told her I got it done LAST Wednesday.

In fact just completed the customer satisfaction survey a few hours before the call. Lol

Timing is everything.

I thought they were calling to see how the service was.

I got a call like that about my 35k service, they went so far as to ask if I was going to get it done at a dealership and could they help schedule it.

I also bought the Audi Care package at the time of service. Wonder if they will call for the 25k service.

I have already received 3 calls from Audi to schedule my next service. Problem is my 2013 S4 was totaled last summer and they keep telling me they are updating their records.

Dealership told me that they outsource those service calls to other companies which I understand but it's still annoying if you get the same calls over and over again...
