Two kids were making the A5 unworkable. In a moment of weakness, I swapped her in last January. I spent a year with a reasonably good looking Swede (a Volvo S60 T6 AWD) before I came to my senses. I'm back. 2012 S4 Prestige with a manual transmission just arrived. After a long line of Audis (my parents had them growing up, including a 1990 V8 and a 1991 200 Quattro, and I've had an A6 2.7t and an A5), life is better than ever.

It will take a while before I'm bored with the performance. If I ever get there, I'll likely do the APR Stage II.

Welcome back . Is the car Brilliant or Phantom Black? I'm fairly happy with my 2011 Phantom Black.

Brilliant black. I'd have been happy with just about any color. With slightly tinted windows and the blacked out chrome bits of the Titanium package, I think it looks great in black.

Beautiful, I was in the same boat. Two kids in the back of an A5, one rear-facing, is impossible. I went from a stripper A5 to a nicely optioned S4, night and day difference for sure!
