Longtime member, new ride
Hey guys and gals. Longtime member. Haven't posted or visited in a while because I've been out of the scene. Just picked up a new-to-me 2010 S4 Prestige. Ice Silver/Black Alcantara, 6-spd manual, sport diff. Really loving this car. I traded my 2010 Lexus IS 350 and haven't looked back. I used to own a 2006 Sprint Blue S4, so I'm somewhat familiar with the line, but this car is a real beast compared to the V8 monster! I'm pleasantly surprised by how much more agile and quicker it feels.
Here's a pic:
First thing to go will be that front plate holder. I'll pick up the front plate filler panel. Do you guys know the best place to go for parts?
Looking forward to many (hopefully) trouble-free miles. I bought a 3 yr/36,000 mile exclusionary warranty but I'm actually hoping that I don't have to use it much!

Nice ride. Congrats! Do you mind telling me where you got your warranty? Was it through AoA or a third party? What does it cover and about how much did it cost?
Thanks!
Thanks!

Thanks! I got my warranty through the dealer (non-Audi). It's an Allstate-backed program. They have several different plan levels and policy time/mileage limits. The plan I got is an exclusionary plan, which means it covers everything on the car with the exception of a short list of exclusions (wear and tear items like brakes, tires, wiper blades, clutch, shocks, etc and parts of the body like glass, panels, frame, etc). The plan was $3,400 for 3-yrs/36,000 miles from date of purchase. It would have been cheaper but the car is out of warranty. It's a lot, I know, but I'm nervous about the sport diff and complicated electronics in the car. The piece of mind it gives was worth it to me.

2010 S4 fastest
I heard from a tuner the among the B8s the 2010 model is the one with highest torque/hp.
I used to own one and I agree because I drove 2014 and 2015 year model and didn't feel as quick.

Thanks I don't see a whole lot of silver S4s on the road around here (Philly 'burbs). Most are black. I would have loved another Sprint Blue, but they're impossible to find with the miles/options I wanted. Plus, this car will never look dirty
