2013 CPO/Carmax S4 vs. New 2014 S4
Hello, I've been lurking here for a few months now but am closer to making a decision in terms of my next car. I'm trying to decide between if I should go for a (S-Tronic) CPO/Carmax warranty 2013 S4 or a new 2014 S4. Through my Company I can take 6% off the MSRP of the new one so it helps a little bit to get it to the invoice price. I'd love thoughts on my below concerns as I know people have been super helpful in the past. I'm also look to buy/finance if that changes anything and probably aim to keep it for 4-5 years.
- any noticeable performance/driving differences in the cars ('13 vs '14)?
- warranty/maintenance issues
- MMI reliability
- thoughts on nappa leather vs. alcantara (I've read the forums but they are a year or so old now so not sure if anything has changed)
- color? estoril blue or monsoon gray... I don't want black/white/red.
- Are the Ad. damping suspension and Sport diff. worth it?
Thanks everyone in advance, I really appreciate it since I'm still a rookie when it comes to a lot of this stuff.

13s had steering problems that should be able to be fixed with a software change, 14s had keyless entry as a standard feature rather than an option. IMHO, sport dif is a must AS is nice but not a must,.Some love the Alcantera others prefer the leather. Both are good. Many with the Estoril, complain about how easily the paint scratches.
