I have a 2013 S4 and the navigation isn't working. When select it, it just sits there trying to updating and never turns on. These are all the things I've tried so far without any luck...
- hard 3 button reset multiple times on different days
- had my local shop see if there were any codes they could see with their scanner

Any suggestions are welcomed. Thanks

Has the four year warranty expired? If not, take it to the dealer before it does.

Does the MMI screen work? Did Navigation it ever work while you had it? Can you go into it to see what the most recent Navigation update / version you have for your car through settings? Also, may want to double check connections in trunk and behind MMI to ensure connections are tight (everything from the power to the gps antenna, to other harnesses). Does this car have anything aftermarket wired to it (like radio, amp, etc)?

Antenaes on these are notoriously bad. Might have a start with that. Mine's going in tomorrow to replace the antennae. Made it in just under the warranty wire.
