To return to stock you need to go to the tune dealer and then back again after service to get tune re-flashed. There are conflicting reports on whether doing so hides it sufficiently from dealers / Audi. Also if buying used you would need to check with a dealer or AoA to see if it has already been flagged by asking for a service history.
