New B8 S4 with S-tronic design defect

There are many, many stages before a lawsuit, most involve working with Audi to make it right. With the video and marketing evidence I've presented to them, I've made some headway in talking to them about it. Until I sent that material, I was just receiving blanket denials. If these efforts result in a fix for everyone, this makes me and others happy.
I would love for Audi to fix the issues. Other then the Tranny issues, it's a very nice car.

I was wondering why the S-Tronic shifts so early on these engines. The spec says the engine has maximum power between 5500rpm and 7000rpm, yet the S-Tronic shifts at about 6200rpm dropping in next gear all the way down to about 4500rpm (where there's only ~280bhp available). That seems like a great waste of another 800rpm that could be spent at much higher power in a lower gear, any idea why it's doing that?
