Default Considering an ECU/Transmission Chip plus pulley update (Need Advice)

I have a 2011 B8 s4 with a 3.0 auto transmission. I am about to go through with a GIAC x2 stage 2 update with an ECU and Transmission chip and an AWE pulley. I am a complete novice when it comes to this and to engines in general. Please give me any thoughts or comments, and also let me know if you have encountered any engine problems with a similar update. Thanks for any assistance.

Evening Audi Forum. This is my first ever post so please forgive any mistakes. Want to upgrade the suspension on my S4. Very satisfied with OEM shock set up and the ride quality but want to upgrade side to side stability on my S4. Is it possible and or worthwhile to add performance strut braces, sway bars or do I have to also deal with shocks and springs. Have had trouble finding info on Audi performance strut braces. Any help or info would be appreciated. Thx in advance. Cheers. Michael.

I would start small, change out your sways and end links. THat should eliminate most of your body roll and not diminish the quality of ride. Strut tower braces usually aren't worth the money unless it's a car that's strut towers are mid engine bay. Most audi's I've seen have the shock towers and fire wall are almost integrated....and very strong.

Thx a million Waaazooo. I plan on ordering the Eurocode sway bars and links for my 2014 B8.5 S4. I believe it ups the EOM bars by 6mm per end so should help the side to side roll substantially. Any suggestions on sways? You ok with Eurocode? Another AW user suggested the Eurocode sway bars. Thx

Default Sway Bar Optins

Trying to decide folks between H&R sways or Eurocode sway bars. On the surface it looks like the Eurocode are 2mm larger front and rear than the H&R. My local shop says the H&R are better for everyday driving and should enhance the side to side handling substantially. They're saying the Eurocode are more track oriented. Just wanted to get everyone's opinion before I pull the plug. Thanks as always for the info and help. Cheers.

Default RS4 exhaust for B8.5 S4

Evening AW peeps - dumb questions #74589653584 - can a B7 RS4 exhaust fit on my 2014 B8.5 S4 - and if so would it be beneficial or should I just shoot for one of the many aftermarket brands already available - I'm thinking since the RS4 is a V8 and my S4 is a V6 that maybe the fitment would be off at least up by the motor - thx for the help AW - cheers
