Reasonable Price to Pay?

Reasonable Price to Pay?
I'm currently on the market for a 2014 CPO <10k mile, navi, +/-sport differential. I see what is currently available around my regional market is anywhere from 45k-50k CPO. What do you guys think is a reasonable price and offer?

I'd price a new 2016 and want 20% off any deal I could get on new 2016 for a CPO 2014. 2014 is 2 MY old now. Might be surprised that difference between new and CPO isn't as big as you might think.

20% less than a 2016 for a 2014 is the right ballpark, but for 5k more you might be able to get into a 16! You could probably get a 15 if you can find one that a dealer is having a hard time selling and wants to get rid of for not a lot more than a used 14.

re
So around my area I'm seeing a couple deals here
1. $44.9k for 2014 S4 with 10k miles CPO - Warranty started 08/07/14 - Offered sale for sale on 3/24/15
2. $48.5k for 2015 S5 with 6.5k miles CPO - warranty started 11/07/14 - Offered for sale on 03/09/15
3. $49.5k for 2015 S5 with 9.5k miles CPO - warranty started 02/17/15 - offered for sale on 04/23/15
None of them have sport differential but all leather seat black and Navi tech package
So realistically speaking now how much could I get off for each of these? From my searching and googling, I understand Used Car doesn't get that much discount off usually but that dealers are generally more likely to let a car go if its been on the lot for a while. It seems to be the sale price of $48.5 is the one most likely to get the bigges discount because in 5 more days it would of been on the lot for 3 month (i got the for sale date on carfax). I doubt the dealer is going to nudge on 10% off the price as its already low mileage CPO and pretty much warranty till 11/07/2020, so would you guys say if I can get it for $47k sale +ttl it'll be a good deal?

S5s are more expensive than S4s new so I'd expect the same used.
If you are neutral between the sedan and coupe, I'd say wait to find a better deal on an S4 with sport diff or a new S4 for not much more. Ultimately, if you need to do something soon, plan to keep the car a while and those are the only three choices, just go with what you like best and don't worry about one costing a little more than another as long as you like it and are comfortable with the deal. You may want to check Edmunds and KBB if you haven't already.
As far as the middle car getting the biggest discount it is hard to tell without knowing the price history. It may have already been reduced and the third car may not have been reduced. In that case it might be possible to get as much or more discount on the third. If you like all 3, why not negotiate all of them and go with the car and deal you like best?

I'm not really in a hurry although Id like to get one before December. Does sport differential really make a difference? I read a thread that most people don't notice much. I guess you do make a point with price so similar it wouldn't matter too much however I'm 4 hr away from where these deals are at and Id prefer to get things done before since if I'm driving 4 he over Id better be buying it. I message the dealers with questions all they ever do is tell me to come in for freaking test drive...
