REVO ECU for b8 s4
#31
There's a bigger picture than just who's supporting the current platform to the max. I've had GIAC on my B5 A4, then APR on the same B5, APR on B6 and APR on my A3. I am leaning towards REVO because, honestly, I wasn't overly impressed with APRs end-product (compared to GIAC and a REVO trial). I buy the best product for my needs at any given time.
The decision will be made based on who you guys like better, who you want to support, who offers the best value, who offers a next step (stage II pulley and tune etc.) and so on. If you want someone who meets all of those criteria, they don't exist. It's APR who has the stage II (but REVO should be along shortly with theirs) and REVO offers the best value. The 'who you support' is subjective.
The way I see it from a performance view though is that you can't go wrong.

What fuel do you plan to use? I'll probably pick up a 5gallon can of VP MS109.

Revo's claim for A4 B8's with Petrol 2.0T engines are crap. But they're spot-on with their S4 B8 numbers. Truly amazing stuff...
