I noticed fine scratches on the plastic window trim of my new S4 shortly after delivery, I complained to Service Manager, he did nothing, I showed car to GM of dealership. He said body shop could buff out. They could not. I took car to M& M detailing in Glastonbury,CT,he contacted 3m. 3m said try 3m pro . application person said he had done several audi Q5 and it worked. We tried one panel and put car in sun. It worked, the other 5 panels were done. Only once since Marc 25th did I notice scratches in very bright sun at at a very specific angle. almost perfect. The price was $175 retail, I paid lower wholesale price. Car has been transformed ! I am happy! I sent bill to GM and they sent be check. I no longer worry about more scratches !. I only hand wash car or use a true touch less wash. Dealer will not be allowed to wash or detail car!!

Good to know. Could you just buy the product and apply it yourself . Or is it only available to professionals?

I do not know, but the price I paid $100 was not worth trying to do it myself, professional install 7 year warranty, truly for a great price

What's this 3m pro? Is it the Paint protection film or is it a polish?

does a very good jobs.I rarely see scratches , only when sun is at a specific angle, a few minutes later You can not see anything.
