Tow hook plate holder
okay guys, i have been seeing prices for a tow hook front plate holder anywhere between $89-$189. I am not that crafty, so that is why i am relying on my forum members to help me out with a cheaper DIY tow hook front plate holder. Unfortunately i am in a 2 plate State and need it to drive to locations for photo shoots safely and with out getting ticketed by some of NY's finest. Thanks for the help in advance!!
