Wheel offset

Have an opportunity to buy a set of 19 x 8.5 wheels with a 35 offset. Will that be ok for my '13 S4?

I run 19 x 8.5 ET 38 from Hartmann and they are perfectly flush with my fenders. 35 might come out too far.
