Default "deceleration increases at a disproportionately high rate compared with brake actuating force..."

(from the writeup on the new S4). Is this techno-babble for the kind of grabbiness you get with the current S4 brakes? I =hate= that.

Rory

PS Only Audi could stuff 340+hp into a sedan and only come up with 5.6s 0-60. :P

Default brake actuating force isn't the same as the pressure you put on teh pedal...

but i think all brakes are a bit disproportionate....they just make it sound fancy and powerful....

Default Lol

Make you feel better did it Zack?

As if the old forum format wasn't open to abuse as well. Sheesh.

Default Just a bit...

I'd feel a lot better if the format did not allow for obsolete threads to be dug up. It's more time consuming to sift through the noise now.
