You've always had your supporters, even when you were the individual selling RS4 *****, but it seems that the longer you are in business, the more ticked off customer posts pop up.

Do your customers a favor and stop robbing peter to pay paul. It is an amateur business strategy that always fails. It is very disrespectful to your customer's too.

I wish more vendors and tuners where like AWE. They never charge your CC until the product is shipped. Plus they have excellent customer service. Todd might come across as an arrogant sometimes on the forum but he is great in person and always helpful. I wish they supported Subaru to avoid the headaches I had to deal with a few tuners/vendors when buying parts for my WRX.

I think AWE and Achtuning typically don't sell the same products/brands.
I personnaly don't pick a product based on who sells it, I pick it because I want it

Achtuning:

Avalon:

I have been happy with all of them, and I will do business with ALL of them again in the future.

The wait was pretty bad, but then I understood what was going on first hand. I was buying from the actual designer not a reseller.

The guys at achtuning are great, but perhaps they deal with too many customers and some of us slip into the void of broken promises. They seem to not want to disappoint the customer and say they can get you anything you want, without actually doing research. It sounds great at first but it really hurts business when they cannot come up with the item.

Although id gladly do business with them again if they ever come up with my item.
