00792 - A/C Pressure Switch (F129)
a/c pressure switch (f129) 00792
is the code I got today.
I was driving my S4 yesterday and I ran into a giant pot hole on the highway. Immidiately I thought my front passenger side tire and a rim was cracked for real. gladly they were okay but when I stopped after driving about 2 miles, I saw white smoke coming out of near the front bumper close to FP side wheel base area.
I thought I blew the turbo or something but luckily the smell wasn't oil burnning. It was very funky wierd smell and the smoke disappeared quickly in the air. After this happened, I thought something happened to AC and sure it did... No more A/C and I had drive back home with windows open while it was ranning. Without A/C it fogged the windshield.
My question!!! Does anyone here had this kinda situation before? Do I need to replace A/C clutch?? Is this code only bad switch or something bigger problem?
I am working almost 14 hours a day and don't really have a time to test the car for hours... I need you, experts' help! please I tried STFA and Iv not seen clear answer but start spending money.
Thank you guys.

Freon Leak
Unfortunately you will have to investigate to find out what caused the leak. The A/C accumulator is in the front right side and the lines from the A/C condenser run over to that location. What you saw was freon and oil escaping from the system. If you are not familiar with A/C systems it is best to let a professional handle the repair. You will need oil and freon replaced once the leak has been repaired.

chances are you crushed or broke a a/c line of condensor my guess is the line it common they sit low under the car.seen it on a4 s4 vw and number of other cars. the white smoke was the freon and pag oil escaping from the a/c system.
