2000 S4 Misfire Problem.

2000 S4 Misfire Problem.
Replaced the TBB (034 silicone), Bypass Valves (with 710n) and after run coolant pump(034 Pump delete) over the weekend. Now I'm getting misfire problems. I also replaced the 2 plastic Y type connectors behind intake manifold with brass and the brake booster vacuum line.
I STFA and subsequently triple checked all my clamps. I tested for vacuum leaks by spraying brake cleaner on the vacuum connections. (Hoping to get a momentary increase in idle as an indication of a leak.) Didn't find any leaks.
Car is missing and holding back under load, check engine like blinks under load.
I'm hoping someone could help. I don't have access to a vag.
