3 angle valve job on 2.8N/A heads, RS4 cams, S4 Ex.valves- standard 30-45-60?

3 angle valve job on 2.8N/A heads, RS4 cams, S4 Ex.valves- standard 30-45-60?
I was thinking of keeping the 2.8 intake valves and either reusing my S4 exhaust valves or replacing them. The 2.8 heads and valves only have 20K miles on them but my S4 valves are at 110K. I guess if they are still looking fine I can just keep them, no?
What options do we have for exhaust valves beyond stock S4 sodium? They are a bit spendy new at ECS. I am not overly interested in weight reduction. What have other people had luck with?
I am also not looking to rev the hell out of this thing or anything. Maybe bump it up a little, but not much. Stock 2.8 springs should be fine up to 7,300-7,400 RPM right?
EDITED IN: heads will be port matched to RS4-mani
