Default A 5th legitimate sign of failure:

The car feels just a little slow (almost imperceptible -- like heatsoak) in the bulk of the RPM band, but very slow past 5500-6000rpm (where one good turbo cannot compensate for the other poor-/non-performing turbo) -- it may be hard to notice below 80mph because of the brief time you are over 5500rpm below 80mph. This sign can be exhibited on the stock ECU, and may last for a couple of weeks before you have a full failure.

Default new cats would fix my situation, but in your case, a denser cat would fix it. but, i'd forget the

annoyance of those codes and keep running it unless they are definitely degrading. maybe the CEL comes on with that code only after it has been set for a continued amount of time. when i set it for each side of the exhaust, it didn't turn the CEL on...but I do remember erasing them after i saw them.
