AoA are you listening??? "Being made an example of" = malicious conduct. Perhaps desiring to intentionally inflict emotional distress, which is a tort for which punitive damages are available, in addition to any warranty claims you have, and will succeed on. Does Georgia have a consumer-friendly warranty statute? Texas does. Triple damages and attorney fees for failure to honor a warranty. Look into that. Call your local news. I know this has been said before, but your case is probably the first time where it is really justified. If all else fails, locate name and address of OTS, and seek secretive retribution my friend!!!!!!!
