Hope that things work out for you. I know that I no longer have to deal with issues like this as I no longer own my two A4s. It really was things like this that AoA did that made me turn the other cheek.
Not sure that I will ever buy another Audi.

I just hope for AoA's benefit that they WILL NOT give me any **** if the turbos ever go. These people at the channel are pretty good at making examples of people/business that abuse/MISINFORM/misrepresent, etc. the customer.
AoA needs to understand we ARE TOGETHER, and chipped or NOT we REMAIN TOGETHER, not simply because of this forum, but because they gave us a car prone to FAILURE with their bad designs/redesigns/cheap parts; hey, their dealers can't even fix/check the car/hoses properly, I could bet many of the turbo failures have been due to the non-proactive actions of AoA and their dealers: ruptured hoses that lead to turbo failure but as long as the car runs and there are NO DTCs, dealers won't touch the car.
Shame on you Audi of Germany, should have put better code to diagnose some of the COMMON pressure problems (leaks).
Had they TESTED the car PROPERLY, chip or no chip would have never been in question at ALL, where is the superior engineering my friends?

I take my car to BMW for any/everything. Absolutely no problems!!!
My '00 M coupe is in every couple of months for something minor. They have never griped your refused service. They just do it, with a smile too.
