The self study guide in the download is for the S4 as sold in Europe. Our US 2.7l turbo is an APB code engine with some differences for US emissions regulations and some other considerations like "dumb US drivers". Also the US market APB is the same for power and torque between S4, A6 and Allroad.

good point, although I've not encountered anything in there that is not applicable - all the components are in the right place, and it's an invaluable overview of the motor.
