Aftermarket exhaust is harmful?
So I'm trying to sell my B5 S4 to some guy, and he says that if my car is not chipped, and I am running aftermarket exhaust, it is really bad for the turbos and the engine.
Is this true?

Not likely. Chipping is more likely to be bad for the turbos and motor because it allows both to be worked a bit harder than stock and also increases the driver's incentive to go WOT.

No free lunches, every part has it's downside. High flow exhaust reduces back pressure and in theory allows the turbos to overspool with greater easy.
Having said that, your car has boost regulation for a reason and the ECU limits the damage to the turbos. The reduction in back pressure behind the turbos did not do any harm because the pressure differential across the turbo would have had to be similar to achieve the desired boost levels.
It's not like you cut both wastegate lines and drove WOT, your car is no worse off than stock. Probably marginally better due to possible heat reduction.
