Anyone have info on insurance?

Just sold my 98 A4 and I spoke with my ins. agent.
She said since there is no data on that model, the insurance rate will be based on the base price of the car. She ran some numbers and it came out to be only $50 more a year than my previous A4. The fact that the S4 has turbo has no affect on the premium, at least not yet.

driving a '89 Accord until my S4 comes. Uhhhh God, how time goes soooo slow.

Re: Anyone have info on insurance?
I spoke to my insurance company last week (USAA)
They had no listing for the S4, but a new A4 2.8Quattro was about $850 every 6 months
with my wife's '98 VW Cabrio.
We currently pay $780 for her Cabrio & my '97 Nissan Altima(Yawwwn).
I knew that couldn't be right, so I asked for a quote on a BMW M3, figuring it should be
pretty close.
The quote was $1250 every 6 months for the S4 & Cabrio.
So figure you're going to pay about $400 extra every 6 months to drive your S4.
